美國大聯盟2次賽揚獎得主左投 Johan Santana（桑塔納）台北時間15日在故鄉委內瑞拉冬季聯盟出賽，投2局用17球都讓對手三上三下，他將力拚重返大聯盟。
Johan Santana今年3月就要滿36歲，他在大聯盟的戰績輝煌，效力雙城隊期間，曾在2004年、2006年拿到美國聯盟賽揚獎，這兩年也都是美聯的防禦率王，2006年贏得19勝，與王建民並列勝投王，2008年轉投效大都會隊，該年防禦率2.53，是國家聯盟的防禦率王。
不過自2010年開始， Johan Santana即傷痛不斷，肩膀跟腳先後動了手術，2012年6月2日對紅雀隊之戰投出無安打比賽，是他近年來的代表作，去年6月與金鶯隊簽約，但一周之後即因強襲球造成阿基里斯腱斷裂，整季報銷。
Johan Santana仍希望可以重返大聯盟，因此15日在委內瑞拉冬季聯盟出賽，踏出東山再起的第一步。
