螺旋球投手Braden 宣布退休

前運動家左投Dallas Braden，曾在2010年投出完全比賽一炮而紅，但近年因肩傷困擾，許久未曾出現在投手丘上，今(15日)他對外宣布退休。

回想起自己投出大聯盟第19場完全比賽，Braden說：「那場比賽會在歷史上留下，也是我投過艱辛比賽的其中一場，而且能與我奶奶分享，那就像場夢般。」

儘管職業生涯僅短短5年，但Braden的完全比賽，已在大聯盟歷史上留名，而且也是他生涯第一場完投。

30歲，應該是球員正值巔峰期的時刻，Braden卻因肩傷所苦，選擇了高掛球鞋，「沒有什麼好留戀的了，我的肩膀壞的一蹋糊塗，我把我的手臂留在奧克蘭投手丘上了。」

Braden在2011年球季僅出賽3場，就因肩關節囊撕裂傷整季報銷，開刀後2012年球季也無法出賽，「運動家給了我機會，沒有比這更好的地方。」
