陽耀勳被判違約 賠經紀人311萬

【張欽╱台北報導】陽耀勳赴美發展前，中止與經紀人黃子銘合作關係，另與有「吸血鬼」經紀人之稱的波拉斯(Scott Boras)合作，遭黃子銘求償違約金等3300萬元。台北地院認為陽耀勳片面解約，昨判賠300萬元違約金及薪資、代墊款11餘萬元等共311萬元。
陽耀勳目前效力國訓中心隊。2006年他加盟日本職棒軟銀鷹，去年初有意赴美發展，因此球季結束後就與軟銀鷹解約，並且到美國職棒海盜隊小聯盟打球，但今年7月被釋出。

經紀人:交律師處理

黃子銘指控，陽耀勳前年底片面解約，法官認為，軟銀鷹前年底已行使議約權，黃子銘也提供稅務協助等，已盡經紀約義務，陽耀勳片面解約要依約賠償。黃子銘：「目前此事已進入司法程序，一切交給律師處理。」陽耀勳則表示，目前律師尚未收到判決書，等收到後會再和律師研究後續。
