中職／周董讚新人：帶動前輩士氣

中信兄弟今年上、下半季表現差距大，新進球員為球隊注入活水，彭政閔就提到，「下半季大家的表現很亮眼，新人也是，這都是能打進總冠軍賽的關鍵」。

象隊上次打進總冠軍賽是2010年，近年補進不少球員，包括本季加盟的陳家駒、許基宏、江忠城等，這些新秀為球隊注入新血，但也相對缺乏打總冠軍賽的經驗。

象隊隊長周思齊並不擔心，他認為拿到下半季冠軍後，大家的士氣高昂，也更有凝聚力。「這感覺像是年輕球員帶領著前輩們」。面對總冠軍賽，周思齊表示，主要著重與新人們分享心理層面的調適和想法。

「恰恰」今年第6次打總冠軍賽，他鼓勵年輕球員「從張力大、強度強的比賽中學習，不管是總冠軍賽，或其他更大的比賽，都對以後生涯有很大的幫助。」
