霍根的雙臂代表勝利(victory)，杭特的雙腳則是懊惱(vexed)。杭特笑說：「警察的責任是保護，那傢伙卻高舉雙像在喊救命，然後笑我像笨蛋。」還不忘補上一句：「我真想朝他臉上踹一腳。」紅襪球迷則愛死這位「失職」警察，連老闆亨利(John Henry)賽後都與他合影留念。(記者王覺一)
