平鎮高中好「棒」 王貞治盃3連霸

參加亞太區LLB青棒選拔

〔自由時報記者李容萍／平鎮報導〕平鎮高中棒球隊日前參加王貞治盃青棒賽，以一比零擊敗勁敵屏東縣代表隊，這也是平鎮高中第三年獲得王貞治盃冠軍，取得三連霸佳績和LLB青棒國家代表權，將於六月底赴菲律賓參加亞太區LLB青棒選拔。

平鎮高中棒球隊成立於二○○三年，成員多為新明國中青少棒隊歷屆畢業生，在這次王貞治盃青棒賽獲選MVP的投手宋文華表示，因為前進菲律賓的比賽是用鋁棒，跟台灣比賽用的木棒不同，加上各國實力都不弱，因此教練特別加強守備和打擊訓練。

獲選最佳投手的林政賢說，會拿出最擅長的球路來面對國外選手；就讀高一的投手莊麒豪為台泰混血兒，原本踢跆拳道，轉換跑道改練棒球，他和同是第一次當選國手的張育達、馮韋國都希望順利拿下亞太區代表權，到美國完成去年未能達成的「世界冠軍」目標。
