巨人展誠意 續約林西康

雖然近兩年表現不佳，但巨人還是展現誠意，用兩年3500萬美元續約怪物林西康(Tim Lincecum)。

林西康這兩年20勝29敗4.76防禦率，其中2012年還吞下15敗、5.18防禦率，不過在巨人7年累積89勝70敗，加上兩屆賽揚獎，讓巨人球迷相當喜愛，最終巨人還是用兩年合約續約。

合約內容中除了兩年3500萬美元外，還有包含拒絕交易條款。

林西康今年賽季結束後成為自由球員，原本想要在自由球員市場上測試身價，不過也不排除加入巨人的可能性，巨人最終在自由市場開放之前續約。

這份合約對雙方來講是互利的結果，因為巨人沒有付出高額的合約代價留人，而林西康本傾向短約，這兩年表現不佳，林西康希望重新證明自己再尋求一份長約或是到其他隊伍發展。
