外卡大戰 光芒再見安遊騎兵

兩支在外卡領先光芒與遊騎兵的戰爭，雙方歷經兩度平手，最終在延長賽分出勝負，詹尼斯(Desmond Jennings)的再見安打，幫助光芒4:3獲勝，在外卡戰中暫居領先位置。

二局在馬丁(Loenys Martin)的三壘安打下，幫助遊騎兵取得2:0領先，但六局光芒羅德里茲(Sean Rodriguez)的兩分炮，雙方2:2回到原點。

延長賽11局貝爾崔安打建功，讓遊騎兵再度取得1分領先，不料11局下遊騎兵推出終結者奈森(Joe Nathan)，還是被狄黑蘇斯(David DeJesus)敲出追平比分的安打，雙方再度戰成平手。

12局上遊騎兵1人出局攻佔二、三壘但無法得分，死裡逃生的光芒，12局下羅貝頓(Jose Lobaton)安打靠著隊友推進攻佔二壘，詹尼斯右外野方向的再見安打，幫助光芒在主場閃耀。

光芒獲勝後，外卡競爭上取得2場的領先優勢，遊騎兵則領先半場，後面的排名分別為印地安人落後半場，金鶯落後1場，皇家、洋基落後2.5場。
