古巴無死角重砲阿布瑞尤開轟

【楊逸民╱綜合報導】白襪古巴籍重砲阿布瑞尤(Jose Abreu，見圖)去年以36轟奪美聯新人王，昨熱身賽對戰落磯，終於擊出春訓首轟；終場白襪6比7輸。
雖然全壘打產量不如預期，但阿布瑞尤13場熱身賽打擊率高達4成59，上壘率4成57、長打率6成49都在水準之上。白襪總教練范杜拉(Robin Ventura)說：「他(阿布瑞尤)全方位攻擊表現，你根本就不必在乎他到底打了多少支全壘打。」
去年以新人姿態挑戰大聯盟，阿布瑞尤明星賽前就轟出29支全壘打，但是在明星賽後僅7支。他說：「我並沒有刻意追求全壘打，去年和今年沒有不同，站在打擊區上就是專注與投手對決。」
打擊教練史帝佛森(Todd Steverson)則說：「他是我看過最全面的打者，毫無死角。更令人激賞的是，每次打擊有缺失，下次就能馬上調整回來，面對不同投手、不同狀況都有自己的打擊策略。」
