中信兄弟象本季主場首戰，請來71歲的中華職棒第一任會長唐盼盼擔任開球貴賓，25年前他以棒協理事長身分參與台灣棒球職業化的推動，當年的棒協國際組組長、現任象隊顧問馮寄台則擔任開球儀式打者。全新成軍的啦啦隊「Passion姊妹」也隨後首次公開亮相。（記者徐正揚）
