前阪神虎藤川球兒 加盟遊騎兵

日籍投手藤川球兒在大聯盟效力2年，沒有留下太多顯赫的成績，新的球季遊騎兵與藤川球兒簽下1年合約，外加2016年的選擇權。
藤川球兒在日本效力阪神虎，可說是日本最恐怖的終結者，憑藉著剛猛的速球、強烈的尾勁，2007年創下46場救援成功紀錄，在日職12年一共創造出220次救援成功。
藤川球兒2013年與小熊簽下2年950萬美元合約，當時還曾一度擔任終結者一職，不過隨後就動韌帶移植手術，2013年僅出賽12場1勝1敗5.25防禦率。
2014年8月復出，藤川球兒出賽15場0勝0敗4.85防禦率，13局被敲出18支安打，表現沒有特別搶眼，小熊拒絕他550萬的選擇權。
遊騎兵明年球季陣容上有大變動，後援投手一環也是遊騎兵急需補強，藤川球兒被譽為是一項低風險的投資。
