【王翊亘╱台北報導】中職球季結束有21人成為自由球員，最大咖是義大外野手「火哥」張建銘，但義大領隊謝秉育說：「雙方已有默契，續留問題不大。」
扣除有複數年合約者，有15人可在1周內向聯盟申請成為自由球員。除張建銘外，獅隊高國慶與劉芙豪，中信金手套三壘手黃仕豪，助桃猿奪隊史第3冠的曾兆豪與黃浩然，都是即戰力。謝秉育說：「球季時就與張建銘談過2次，雙方都有默契，可說是郎有情妹有意，續約問題不大，相信他應該不會申請成為自由球員。」

2014中職自由球員資格名單

中職年資9年可取得自由球員資格，每季在一軍登錄125天就計1年年資。猿隊陳金鋒雖已在中職打了9季，但本季多在二軍，僅8.136年資仍無法成為自由球員。
28日將滿37歲的陳金鋒，去年與猿隊簽單年月薪30萬合約，今年打擊率僅1成38，約滿後動向受矚目。桃猿領隊劉玠廷說：「目前談薪水還太早，陳金鋒搞不好還要打跟羅德的比賽耶，之後再說吧。」
