【姚瑞宸╱綜合報導】田中將大昨天和隊友楊格(Chris Young)、羅麥(Austin Romine)、惠勒(Zelous Wheeler)、理察森(Antoan Richardson)進行投打對決，共投45球沒有被打安打，飆5次三振，是繼8月28日之後再投模擬賽。田中將再進行第3度模擬賽或到指導聯盟投1場比賽，總教練喬拉第(Joe Girardi)表示，最快在3度模擬賽後5天重返大聯盟，也就是台灣時間20至22日對戰藍鳥的系列賽復出。

黑田博樹則在昨天對戰光芒先發登板，只投3.1局被擊出1發全壘打在內的9支安打失4分，被KO退場，寫下個人本季最短局數先發紀錄。洋基終場3比4不敵，黑田吞本季第9敗，老將鈴木一朗此役擔任洋基先發右外野手，3打數2安打，打擊率上升到2成87。
