三振解危 王維中後援1局無失分

【姚瑞宸╱綜合報導】效力釀酒人隊的22歲台灣左投王維中，昨對響尾蛇隊之戰，第9局5比7落後時後援登板，被擊出2安、投出1保送，適時用三振化解滿壘危機，防禦率下降到12.86。
王維中此役面對6名打者，投16球，有12顆好球，最快球速94哩(151.2公里)，控球和球速仍有一定水準。
王維中解決首名打者後，被敲出穿越二游防線的一壘安打，情緒受影響，對下一棒連投4顆壞球形成保送。他剛回過神，讓歐文斯擊出內野飛球，再被首局擊出2分砲的高史密特敲安攻佔滿壘，他對4棒蒙特羅毫無懼色，第1球被打成界外後，連飆3記四縫線速球，最後一球蒙特羅揮空遭三振，化解可能失分的危機。
