印地安人與外野手布蘭特利(Michael Brantley，見圖)簽4年2500萬美元(約7.6億台幣)合約，避免薪資仲裁，合約中還附有第5年1100萬美元選擇權。
26歲布蘭特利在2009年升上大聯盟，去年打擊率2成84、10轟、73分打點，今年首次取得仲裁資格，他開價380萬美元，球團開價270萬美元。(記者王覺一)
