禁賽162場 A-Rod尋求翻案

（法新社紐約13日電） 美國職棒MLB紐約洋基三壘手「A-Rod」羅德里格斯（Alex Rodriguez）今天提告大聯盟和球員工會，尋求推翻禁藥仲裁庭的禁賽162場裁決。

提交曼哈頓聯邦地區法院的42頁訴狀顯示，仲裁委員霍洛維茲（Fredric Horowitz）僅將211場禁賽減為162場，導致這名最高薪棒球員整個2014年球季，包括可能的季後賽都無法出賽的裁決，顯然是偏袒大聯盟。

A-Rod說，美國大聯盟球員工會並沒有在仲裁程序中公平地代表他發言。工會和聯盟都表示，根據工會與球隊老闆的協議，此裁決已經定案。

A-Rod的訴訟文件也指出，大聯盟主席塞里格（BudSelig）違反工會協議條款，使他無法繼續打球。A-Rod也說，此作法目的在拿他開刀，提振MLB的反禁藥名聲。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
