統一獅「復古祭」活動第3波，於25日澄清湖棒球場，舉辦「隊長日」活動，將邀請職棒元任獅隊第一任隊長宋榮泰出席，將新設計的隊長識別標誌交給現任隊長潘武雄，象徵世代傳承。
獅隊將在25日舉辦「棒球金頭腦學測」活動，考題包含統一獅歷史紀錄，仿學測舉辦，特別也製作專屬簡章提供球迷下載，並也安排試卷審核、放榜及成績單寄送，並準備許多珍藏禮物贈送給榜單前50位優秀球迷，下載網址是： http://www.uni-lions.com.tw/20130825.pdf。(記者姚瑞宸)
