中職強勢回應：不考慮共營

針對博斯頻道提出共同經營CPBL TV的要求，中華職棒聯盟副祕書長王惠民昨態度堅硬回應說：「不考慮。」致使球迷下半季初可能看不到電視轉播。

王惠民表示，把轉播權轉賣給博斯頻道的MP＆SILVA，已積極尋找有意轉播業者，做好博斯不轉播下半季賽事的預防措施。

華衛電視董事葛樹人得知中職回應後表示，內部高層今天會找法律顧問開會，討論中職是否違約，再作玩或不玩的決定。

對於聯盟、4隊與博斯是否只簽備忘錄？王惠民指出，聯盟會再與MP&SILVA研議，同時討論若博斯停播，是否循法律途徑提告。

即使博斯下半季停播，4隊今年每隊7500萬元的電視轉播權利金，一毛也不會少，球迷可能成為這場轉播風波的最大受害者。

上半季必須付給4隊合計9千萬元權利金的博斯，上個月已付出第1筆權利金3千萬元，每隊750萬元，尚餘6千萬元未付。葛樹人表示，如果博斯下半季不再轉播，基於道義，一定會支付4隊上半季所有權利金。
