王維中終於上場 投1局沒失分

經過11天的等待，釀酒人隊王維中台北時間31日對小熊之戰，上場中繼1局，被敲出1支安打沒失分，此戰最後釀酒人隊以11比5擊敗小熊隊。

王維中20日對勇士之戰，投0.2局被敲4支安打包括2轟，失5分都是責失，釀酒人隊教練團決定，未來將在大幅領先或大幅落後的狀況下，才會讓王維中上場投球，31日對小熊之戰，王維中等到這個機會。

釀酒人對小熊之戰打完7局，釀酒人隊11比3領先，8局上王維中登板，一上場就被小熊隊的Justin Ruggiano敲出二壘打，Welington Castillo擊出游擊方向滾地球，封殺， Nate Schierholtz打出本壘附近的飛球，接殺，最後再三振掉Mike Olt。

王維中投完1局退場，他共投了16球、9球好球，球速最快93哩（約149.7公里），被擊出1支安打沒失分，三振1次，防禦率降到15.58。
