7上殷仔退場時，雙方戰成5比5平手，但一壘上還留有跑者，只要掉分，殷仔就將吞下敗投，沒想到接替的投手馬突茲(Brian Matusz)一上場又被敲安，造成一、二壘有人。
印地安人2棒卡布瑞拉(Asdrubal Cabrera)此時又敲出左外野深遠飛球，眼看球就將飛出全壘打牆成為3分砲，但5下沒有建功的金鶯左外野手羅伊，硬是把球撈進手套形成接殺，化解失分危機，更讓殷仔免於成為敗投。
