松焦油相關規則 球季後檢討

洋基投手Michael Pineda使用松焦油被抓、禁賽10場後，大聯盟主席Bud Selig說話了，會在今年球季結束後，檢討相關規則，看看有沒有需要改進的地方。

MLB營運長Rob Manfred則強調，這一點並非針對Pineda個案，而是做通盤檢討。

「我們的做法是，要是有人有意見，我們就會檢討，這次的情況也是如此，」Manfred說，「每年我們都會審視這樣的狀況，但是記住，松焦油是(規則不允許的)外部添加物之一，得制定一條規則適用所有的狀況。」

雖然規則不允許，但松焦油也許是投手之間「不能說的秘密」，Pineda是因為太囂張，直接抹在脖子上，才會受處罰。
