終身成就獎 「徐總可以笑著走了」

〔自由時報記者林宗偉／台北報導〕已故的前義大犀牛隊總教練徐生明，昨獲頒終身成就獎，遺孀謝榮瑤表示，從副總統吳敦義手中代領獎盃時，心情相當激動，她認為這個獎對徐總來說是完美的落地，也是最榮耀的一天，丈夫在天之靈可以笑著回去了。

謝榮瑤指出，徐生明生前就相當關心台灣基層棒球發展，還說自徐總過世後，夢見他不下15次，包括在美濃舉辦的徐生明盃少棒賽開幕當晚；夢裡徐總還跑來要開檢討會，實在很符合丈夫個性。身為妻子，她會將這份精神傳承，準備成立徐生明紀念基金會，推動少棒扎根計畫。
