自由球員轉隊費 年度薪資2.5倍

新球團與自由球員簽新約，須補償原球團。支付球員該年度薪資總額2.5倍作轉隊費；或是支付球員該年度薪資總額1.5倍作轉隊費，並讓出自訂25人名單外的球員1名，但若對提出的球員名單不滿意，新球團則必須再補償該球員年度薪資總額的0.5倍。

而自由球員若到明年1月1日仍未與新球團簽約，則補償條件減半。支付球員該年度薪資總額的1.25倍作轉隊費；或是支付該球員年度薪資總額0.75倍，並讓出自訂25人名單外的球員1名。
但若對提出的球員名單不滿意，新球團則必須再補償該球員年度薪資總額的0.25倍。
