「郭泓志條款」不開會 犀牛砲轟

〔自由時報記者郭羿婕／台北報導〕「郭泓志專案」爭議未歇，犀牛認定中職必須再為此召開常務理事會，走完程序，且專案內容無明文記載，要求聯盟先把規則說清楚。

犀牛球團認為，當初開會無會議紀錄，中職會長黃鎮台隔天只以電話通知決議，不符程序，一直等著補開會表決。不過，聯盟堅持程序無不妥，發言人陳俊池昨說，不會再為此召開常務理事會。

「搶郭大戰」延燒，獅隊希望9月底前談成，犀牛領隊謝秉育也不放棄爭取，因為這是他們的權益，但就算簽下小小郭，聯盟也得先通過專案相關規範，否則像外傳須放棄前3輪選秀權，這並無白紙黑字寫下。另外，犀牛認為，聯盟也該說明專案適用條件。
