陳智弘5局因傷提前下場。

【王覺一╱嘉義報導】同樣是左肩鎖骨骨折，道奇賽揚投手葛蘭基(Zack Greinke)只休息1個月又4天，昨天復出就拿勝投。象隊捕手陳智弘去年8月中骨折後，不僅球季提前結束，還休息半年。陳智弘搖頭不解說：「老外骨頭長得比較快。」

陳智弘去年骨折動手術，傷勢比葛蘭基嚴重，復元時間自然大不同。在他受傷前，象隊下半季原以17勝8敗1和，戰績獨走。8月11日受傷退出戰局後，象隊戰績17勝17敗，最後季冠軍拱手讓給猿隊。
象隊新人捕手王峻杰5月7日賽前受傷後，陳智弘連6場先發蹲捕，率象隊打出4勝2敗佳績。只是昨4局上增菘瑋暴投，他回身撿球滑了一下拉傷鼠蹊部，5局下安打後提前退場。

王峻杰最快月底復出，另1名捕手黃鈞聲半月軟骨受傷，復出之日仍久。陳智弘若再受傷，對象隊戰力影響更大，他說：「球隊現在連勝，凝聚力正好，只要能蹲還是會下場。」
