Seager與水手續簽晉升億元男

11月底即有媒體指出，水手將用7年1億美元（約32億台幣）的合約簽下陣中主力三壘手Kyle Seager，水手在3日證實此消息，Seager成為水手第3位達到1億美元門檻的球員。

今年是27歲的Kyle Seager大放異采的一年，首度入選美國聯盟明星隊，並拿到生涯第一個金手套獎，本季Kyle Seager打擊率2成68，轟出生涯單季新高25支全壘打，並貢獻96分打點。

水手總經理Jack Zduriencik表示，能續簽Seager是球隊的榮幸：「他是我們自己培養的球員，他能在這裡再待7個球季，我們很開心，Kyle每年都在進步，算是聯盟中數一數二的三壘手。」

合約給予Seager共3年的仲裁年，附帶第八年的球隊選擇權，激勵獎金最高可達2千萬美元。

Seager是水手隊陣中繼投手 Felix Hernandez以及二壘手Robinson Cano之後，第3位拿到大合約的球員。
