紅雀捕手Yadier Molina金手套7連霸！史上第3人，僅次於Ivan Rodriguez、Johnny Bench的10連霸。

本季Molina出賽110場，自2004年以來最少，但盜壘阻殺率4成7，高居國聯第一。

今年得到最多金手套獎的隊伍，仍是皇家與金鶯，至於世界大賽冠軍巨人隊，沒有人獲獎。
