身為牛棚三本柱之一的Wade Davis，皇家高層連想都不用想，確定執行2015年賽季的700萬美元球隊選擇權。

皇家今年牛棚大發神威，主要擔任第8局的Wade Davis戲份也不少，跟Kelvin Herrera、Greg Holland共組堅強後防。

Wade Davis今年例行賽登板71場，9勝2敗自責分率1.00，72局飆出109次三振，K9值高達13.6。

皇家執行Wade Davis的2015年700萬美元球隊選擇權，未來2016年800萬、2017年1000萬也都是球隊選擇權。

皇家總經理Dayton Moore手握3張好牌，上述3名選手都是終結者的料，只要先留住人，就能形成自用、交易兩相宜的好局面。
