假球案逆轉 陳致遠、張誌家輕判

喧騰一時的職棒假球案經上訴後，高院在今（13）日上午針對陳致遠、張誌家兩人部份，分別判處6個月、4個月有期徒刑，並且不僅可易科罰金，還拿掉兩人原本在一審時被併科的百萬罰金判決，全案至此定讞。

2009年爆發的中華職棒集體收錢打假球案共有44名球員涉案，引發輿論震驚；其中檢方更查出陳致遠、張誌家配合簽賭集團組頭「雨刷」蔡政宜，收錢放水打假球，因此依詐欺取財罪嫌提起公訴。

全案經一審法院審理後，原本重判陳致遠2年6個月有期徒刑、張誌家2年2個月有期徒刑；但上訴二審後逆轉，在今天輕判兩人6個月、4個月有期徒刑，而且都可易科罰金。
