針對11日Lamigo桃猿、統一獅打了4小時59分的打擊戰，比賽結束後，CPBL TV的畫面突然從現場林泓育簽名的畫面，跳到官方宣傳畫面，無法現場轉播賽後桃猿隊慶祝與施放煙火的畫面，聯盟12日坦承操作疏失，向球迷致歉。

中職聯盟12日在官網公告，「5月11日桃園球場編號第72場統一與Lamigo之戰，比賽結束後正當單場MVP林泓育於場上簽名之際，因執機人員操作不當，誤將現場畫面切換成官方宣傳畫面，又未能及時發現錯誤，等發覺錯誤之時賽後所有活動均已經結束，嚴重影響球迷收視權益，聯盟謹此致歉。對於前述不當操作疏失，將納入SOP(標準作業程序)的管理，期使未來不再發生類似的問題。

本場比賽完整賽事VOD，在凌晨六點前上架，由於比賽時間稍長，預計VOD轉檔處理的上架時間將約6小時左右，賽事畫面將包含完整的賽後活動內容，希望可以彌補球迷未能看到賽後活動的缺憾。」
