【謝岱穎╱綜合報導】釀酒人打線一直無法攻下分數，先發投手普若塔(Wily Peralta，見圖)決定自己搞定，先發8局只被敲3安、投2次四壞無失分、飆7次三振，還在5局上敲出深遠二壘打，送回一、三壘跑者，終場釀酒人2比0解決紅人，普若塔拿第4勝，還敲下勝利打點。
32歲終結者K-Rod (Francisco Rodriguez)輕鬆收拾9局下，14次救援成功獨步大聯盟，防禦率還是0，17局只被敲7安打，投出4次四壞和24次三振，威力驚人。但釀酒人布局投手韓德森(Jim Henderson)卻因傷被放進15天傷兵名單，目前王維中狀況仍不變，未來釀酒人也有可能將他放進傷兵名單，只要整季在25人名單登錄滿90天即可。
