中職／轉播搞砸人氣 觀眾略減

去年因經典賽熱潮再加上洋將曼尼加持，讓中職一開季就相當熱鬧；本季少了主要刺激因素，再加上有線電視看不到轉播，觀眾總人數比去年同期減少了22.6%，棒界人士表示，「轉播有一定影響。」

中職開季已打23場比賽，總觀眾人數共計17萬4537人次，其中有9場比賽破萬人、兩場滿場；至今單場平均7588人，相較去年同期減少兩千多人。

去年中職延續經典賽熱潮，前23場比賽達到22萬5462人次進場，平均每場觀眾多達9802人；今年除了沒有經典賽加持，棒界人士認為，少了具吸引力的洋將也是原因之一。

去年義大犀牛隊請來曼尼，當時曼尼在澄清湖首場出賽，就吸引滿場的兩萬名球迷進場，隨後各隊主場票房也靠曼尼保持熱度；今年各隊靠選秀會補強本土戰力，但少了指標性洋將帶動票房，有棒界人士說，「感覺是打回原形。」
