紅襪隊訪白宮 贈歐巴馬球衣

（法新社華盛頓1日電） 美國職棒大聯盟MLB去年世界大賽冠軍波士頓紅襪隊今天訪問白宮，贈送美國總統歐巴馬一件紅襪球衣。

歐巴馬開玩笑說：「我以為今天是邀請紅襪隊來白宮，但一定有哪裡搞錯了，因為我根本不認得這些把鬍子刮得乾乾淨淨的傢伙。」

「不管有鬍沒鬍，很榮幸能歡迎2013年世界大賽冠軍波士頓紅襪前來白宮。」

納波里（Mike Napoli）、葛梅斯（Jonny Gomes）等紅襪球員去年在隊上掀起蓄鬍風潮，象徵團結精神，也成為去年紅襪奪冠班底的招牌特色。不過為響應慈善活動，紅襪奪冠後，「鬍子軍團」陸續有人把鬍子剃掉。

世界大賽最有價值球員「老爹」奧蒂茲（DavidOrtiz）親手把球衣送給歐巴馬。

歐巴馬也稱讚紅襪隊在去年4月波士頓馬拉松爆炸案後，幫助城市恢復生氣。
