中職／赴日自費訓練 高建三遇山本昌

41歲的高建三在日本自費訓練，巧遇日職年紀最大的48歲投手山本昌，「害羞」到說不出話，「要把握剩下幾天，和他好好聊一聊」。

身體保養得當，是高建三能繼續投球，而且成績出色的關鍵，但他並未因此自滿，花了8萬元去日本「取經」，希望能學到更多新知。

前天出發，昨天才開始接受訓練，但高建三已大開眼界，「這裡的訓練器材，台灣都沒有，每一個都有不同功效，很有實用性」。

最讓高建三訝異的，是在這碰到日職老將山本昌，他也是自費來練習，「很想跟他聊一聊，但不好意思」。

同樣是職棒圈最老的投手，山本昌更讓高建三敬佩，「我要向他看齊，希望自己也能投到這個年紀」。

高建三要在鳥取訓練中心待9天，還有很多機會可以碰到山本昌，「回台灣前一定要講到話」，已經很會保養的阿三哥，還想和他請教調養的「祕訣」。

除了山本昌，中日隊救援王岩瀨仁紀也在這裡訓練，「硬體可以挖到寶，沒想到還有其他收穫，」高建三說：「明年還要來，而且要把時間拉長到兩周。」
