【賴德剛╱桃園報導】3月滿19歲，小將梁家榮是猿隊去年季中選秀第1指名，很受器重，除了安排去年正式球季賽出賽1場體驗職棒，還讓他參加冬季聯盟學經驗，他說：「今年我的目標是無論在一軍或二軍，都要維持3成打擊率。」
首度參加完整春訓，早有會被操到「爆表」準備，他毫不畏懼，只想把成績打出來，他笑說：「陳偉殷有說過，如果給自己時間，就是替自己找藉口，所以我現在雖然才18歲，就算過了10年才28歲，但如果我一直覺得自己年輕，就永遠不會成長。」

遇日本教練 不用翻譯

高一曾赴日本留學，他希望能抽空溫習日文，他說：「這算是我的優勢，如果遇到日本教練，我可以直接吸收更精確的東西，不用透過翻譯，只是我的讀跟寫還可以更好。」
