（中央社底特律14日路透電）底特律老虎巨砲卡布瑞拉（Miguel Cabrera）今天擊敗楚勞特（Mike Trout）和戴維斯（Chris Davis）等強棒，2連霸美國職棒大聯盟MLB美聯最有價值球員（MVP）。
