美聯新人王
【姚瑞宸╱綜合報導】光芒22歲外野手邁爾斯(Wil Myers，見圖)昨以懸殊票數擊敗老虎游擊手伊格雷西亞斯(Jose Iglesias)和隊友投手阿奇(Chris Archer)，獲選2013年美國聯盟新人王。這也是光芒近6年來第3次奪新人王，前2次是2008年龍戈利亞(Evan Longoria)、2011年海利克森(Jeremy Hellickson)。

邁爾斯今年在光芒出賽88場，打擊率2成93、全壘打13支、打點53分，全壘打產量排名美聯新人第2，53分打點和3成54上壘率、4成78長打率都是美聯菜鳥最佳。他也是史上第1個，例行賽出賽不到100場奪新人王的球員。光芒本季在他6月18日登上大聯盟後，戰績迅速翻紅，在此之前僅36勝33敗，他上場後56勝38敗，一舉拿到美聯外卡挺進季後賽。
