運動家古巴重砲塞佩達斯表明要衞冕全壘打大賽冠軍。美聯社

全壘打大賽
【王覺一╱綜合報導】古巴重砲近3年輪番轟炸大聯盟投手群，運動家塞佩達斯(Yoenis Cespedes)去年贏得明星賽全壘打大賽冠軍，今年揚言要衞冕，而且有機會與效力道奇的同胞普伊格(Yasiel Puig)同場對決。另1名古巴重砲白襪阿布瑞尤(Jose Abreu)認為全壘打大賽會影響揮棒，似乎無意參賽。
塞佩達斯去年以32轟拿下全壘打大賽冠軍，但明星賽後因手腕痠疼休兵4場。運動家總經理畢恩(Billy Beane)在球季開打前表示，不希望塞佩達斯再參加全壘打大賽。不過塞佩達斯明白告訴媒體：「我想打，這是我的選擇。」

去年舊仇 戰火延燒

今年全壘打大賽分別由藍鳥包提斯塔(Joas Bautista)與落磯圖洛威茨基(Troy Tulowitzki)擔任美聯、國聯隊長，2人各可指定4名重砲參賽。圖洛威茨基已表示普伊格是人選之一，普伊格也說：「如果他選我，我很樂意參賽。」
去年全壘打大賽前，塞佩達斯曾放話：「普伊格不是真正重砲，若參賽也贏不了我。」美國媒體今年有意挑起2人口水戰，不過普伊格說：「那是他(塞佩達斯)的看法，不會影響我。」
