黃欽智 不留職棒就退休

〔自由時報記者林三豐／桃園報導〕象隊昨天抵達龍潭球場，日前被猿隊釋出的左投老將黃欽智也在其中，並穿上象隊球衣；他表示，目前只是測試，尚未與象隊簽約，也強調自己身體健康，願意接受體檢。

披象球衣測試

1月中就滿36歲的黃欽智，去年季後被猿隊釋出，就有其他球隊招手，包括業餘球隊，象隊約在兩週前接觸，並通知他參加春訓。測試就穿著象隊球衣，總教練謝長亨打趣說：「這樣看起來比較整齊。」

黃欽智表示，願配合球隊的需求，但希望定位明確，春訓會比較好調整；強調不能被視為新人，對於薪水有底線，並澄清外傳他有傷是謠言，願接受體檢。

草總說，黃欽智是老選手、很有經驗，對牛棚有一定幫助，先邀請他來春訓，了解狀況後再決定。雖有業餘球隊力邀，但黃欽智表示，若無法繼續留在職棒，將選擇高掛手套。

除了黃欽智，草總不諱言，還對幾位被釋出的球員有興趣，但必須有功能性，若與現有球員相差不大，不如把機會留給年輕球員。
