犀牛馬克練投 教練：令人放心

【俞聖律╱桃園報導】犀牛隊新洋投馬克前天抵台，昨進牛棚練投45球，也試投各種變化球，投手教練曹竣崵說：「看起來控球、球路尾勁、變化球的狀況都不錯，雖然真正狀況要上場比賽才知道，但至少牛棚看起來還算令人放心。」

今年在國民3A出賽，美職資歷最高僅3A，馬克只能算是犀牛隊第2選擇，總教練徐生明說：「原本威利斯的名氣與知名度，很符合我們創辦人與球團找洋將的想法，本來也算是談妥了，但經紀人一再更改條件，我們沒辦法讓他們這樣予取予求，都還沒到台灣投過任何1球，萬一來了之後還有其他要求，很難想像會怎樣。」
徐總說：「其實後來到1萬8千、甚至1萬9千元我們都同意了，只是還要老婆、小孩的3張機票，又跟其他球隊詢價，這樣不斷要求我們乾脆放棄。」
